冷拔精密無(wú)縫鋼管 Cold drawn precision seamless Steel Tube
鋼管內(nèi)外壁無(wú)氧化層，承受高壓無(wú)泄漏，尺寸高精度，外表面高光潔度，冷彎不變形，擴(kuò)口壓扁無(wú)裂縫，成品經(jīng)以無(wú)氧介質(zhì)熱處理，以德國(guó)（歐盟）DIN 2391/EN10305-1為生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，經(jīng)過(guò)精密獨(dú)特的冷拔/冷軋工藝制成尺寸精度高，光潔度較好的精密無(wú)縫鋼管，進(jìn)過(guò)無(wú)氧介質(zhì)熱處理后內(nèi)外表面均無(wú)氧化皮（膜）生成，保持了原有鋼管尺寸精度與光潔度，有改善了鋼管內(nèi)外在性能，可適合各類(lèi)深加工，用于各類(lèi)車(chē)輛制造業(yè)的輸油、輸氣（剎車(chē)制動(dòng)）流體輸送系統(tǒng)，包括客車(chē)，轎車(chē)，火車(chē)機(jī)車(chē)，各類(lèi)工程機(jī)械（挖掘機(jī)，推土機(jī)，高空作業(yè)特殊車(chē)輛，清掃車(chē)，混凝土泵本等），適宜于與各類(lèi)卡套接頭連接，其效果優(yōu)于普通鋼管，可替代同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的進(jìn)口無(wú)縫管。

尺寸公差：每一道都通過(guò)精密拉拔， 嚴(yán)格控制成品和半成品內(nèi)外徑壁厚公差。
外徑公差可控制在+/-0.03
外徑公差可控制在+/-0.05
也可按客戶(hù)特殊要求生產(chǎn)

OD tolerance can be controlled +/-0.03

表面 （粗糙度）
通過(guò)稱(chēng)心拉拔技術(shù)和油拉技術(shù)，可以使內(nèi)外表面光滑無(wú)毛刺。無(wú)氧退火進(jìn)一步使光潔度高如鏡面狀態(tài)。 成品表面粗糙度在0.2um以?xún)?nèi)， 內(nèi)外壁無(wú)任何氧化皮屑，此鋼管運(yùn)用在氣動(dòng)，液壓，油路方面不會(huì)出現(xiàn)任何堵塞現(xiàn)象?？梢员ＷC氣，液流動(dòng)正常。
Surface roughness
Tube is drawn by mandrel and oil of each process so that the outer and inner surface is very smooth without any burr. Normalizing process makes the surface more shinning like mirror. Surface roughness can be controlled within Ra 0.2. No oxidized residual substances enable the hydraulic fluid and pneumatic gas go through the tube fluently.
鋼管的耐磨性強(qiáng)，同心度，直線(xiàn)度能控制比較好。直線(xiàn)度能控制在0.5/1000， 這樣可以減少客戶(hù)使用過(guò)程中深加工，磨車(chē)削工序的工作量，提高成品合格率和工作效率。
性能：可承受高壓， 各角度冷彎，抗拉， 擴(kuò)口，壓扁不爆裂，無(wú)裂紋。鋼管的延伸和強(qiáng)度較好，可滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)直接進(jìn)行不同需求的后道加工處理。
用途: 液壓系統(tǒng),汽車(chē)用, 其他高清潔度,機(jī)械性能要求高的部件

表面處理：除光亮退火外，也可鍍鋅處理。 鋅層厚度8um以上， 銀白色鍍鋅， 黃色鍍鋅，橄欖綠鍍鋅.。
Mechanical Properties
The tube can be bent at any figure and bear the impact of high pressure, cold bending, flaring and flattening without any crack and breaks. The tube is with good elongation and tensile strength so different machining process can be arranged without special treatment.
Usage: Automotive industry, hydraulic system and other machine parts for high standard surface and mechanical properties.
